PEARL RADIANCE PRIMER

THE GLOW ENHANCER

A lightweight dry oil softens the skin while illuminating  with tiny shimmering minerals. Infused with rich oils, The Glow Enhancer  helps nourish and protect the skin, offering anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-aging properties. 

Meadowfoam Oil locks in skin’s natural moisture, while Jojoba oil mimics the skin’s sebum to produce less oil. With Rose Hip Oil in the mixture, it completes your skin’s necessity with it’s rich fatty acids that help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Combined, these oils leave your skin soft, supple and radiant. May be used on skin and hair.

The best ever!

Love this product! Had my house broken into twice and they took all of my make up. I needed to rebuy all of this in multiples. Waiting for another sale to restock my make up cabinet. Love all of elcie products! Use them on a daily basis. Cannot go a day without using them. I don’t feel like myself without elcie.
